ESQ strives to perpetuate the art and craft of quiltmaking through fellowship, education and service. It was founded in 2001 when a group of individuals who met in an adult education class wished to take their quilting journey further. From this small group, Evening Star Quilters now has 75+ members from Nassau and Suffolk counties, New York City boroughs, and even a few out-of-state members. They range in quilting experience from “beginner” to “advanced.” ESQ welcomes all. Please join us!

The ESQ Guild meets on the first Thursday of each month.
Sign-In and Socialization at 7:00 pm, Speaker/Activity promptly at 7:15pm.
Board meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.

March 30: Charity Night - Quilts of Valor Blocks  Our focus this year will be to participate in Quilts of Valor’s 2023 National Block Drive by making red, white and blue individual blocks. These blocks will be sent in to the Quilts of Valor Foundation who will combine them with other donated blocks to make quilts and award them to those nominated to receive a QOV quilt. |
